JENNIFER CEDRO, CPA
FOUNDER & RECRUITER

Jennifer Cedro founded Professional Recruiting, LLC in 2004 after building a distinguished career in accounting and recruiting. A University of New Orleans accounting graduate and licensed CPA, she began in audit at Arthur Andersen, later serving as Audit Manager across multiple industries. She went on to lead recruiting for Andersen’s New Orleans office and regional markets, earning the firm’s top recruiting award for acceptance rates. After recruiting for Ernst & Young and serving as Finance Director at the Sher Garner Law Firm, Jennifer launched Professional Recruiting. She remains deeply involved in the accounting profession and currently serves on UNO’s Accounting Advisory Council.

EMILY LOVITT
RECRUITER

Emily Lovitt began her career in corporate marketing after earning her BS from LSU and MBA from UNO. In 2019, she transitioned into recruiting, bringing strong strengths in communication, branding, and digital strategy. She partners closely with Jennifer to advise and guide professionals through the next stage of their careers.
