
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes, including financial reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and preparation of GAAP/tax workpapers. Supports oil & gas accounting activities, including asset schedules, owner reporting, financial statements, and regulatory/tax reporting requirements.

Manage monthly accounting processes including hedging allocations/invoices, cash balancing, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare quarterly financial reporting support, including income and expense allocations, fixed asset depreciation, depletion calculations, amortization schedules, and tax/GAAP accounting workpapers.

Maintain oil & gas accounting schedules and analyses, including production reporting, leasehold costs, asset basis tracking, distribution history, and free cash flow calculations.

Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements by preparing financial statements, audit documentation, Board of Directors materials, owner reports, and required disclosures.

Lead annual audit and tax reporting processes, including K-1 allocation schedules, income allocations, detailed reviews, and preparation of annual reporting packages.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

4-10 years of experience
