Responsible for processing vendor invoices, coordinating approvals and payments, maintaining vendor records, and resolving accounts payable inquiries. Supports month-end close, AP reconciliations, fixed asset and prepaid schedules, depreciation and amortization entries, and audit preparation while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Process vendor invoices, route approvals, respond to vendor inquiries, and coordinate payment runs via check, ACH, and wire.

Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s and 1099 compliance, while resolving accounts payable discrepancies.

Assist with month-end close, AP reconciliations, and maintaining fixed asset and prepaid schedules.

Prepare monthly depreciation and amortization journal entries.

Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls while supporting audits and documentation requests.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

BS in Accounting, Finance or Related Field OR 2+ Years Relevant AP or Accounting Experience
