Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement to foster accountability and professional growth.

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws across multiple states while maintaining a respectful, communicative workplace culture.

Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems to promote consistency, competitiveness, and data accuracy.
