Oversees compensation and benefits, compliance, HR operations, and process improvements while driving accountability, efficiency, and a strong employee experience across multiple locations.

HR Leadership: Lead the HR function for a 270-employee organization, partnering with executives and managers on talent strategy, retention, succession planning, and the employee experience.

Employee & Labor Relations: Serve as the primary HR resource for union and non-union employees, managing grievances, investigations, discipline, terminations, and CBA interpretation. Partner with leadership and labor counsel during collective bargaining negotiations.

Talent & Development: Oversee recruiting and hiring across multiple locations while strengthening performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs for non-union employees, including healthcare, 401(k), and incentive plans, while coordinating with union benefit administrators.

HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and union requirements, support payroll and benefit audits, improve HR processes, monitor relevant metrics, and promote accountability, efficiency, and responsiveness throughout the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field

At least five years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience at the HR Manager level

Known for her thoughtful approach, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to help others, Jennifer has built lasting relationships with clients and candidates throughout the Gulf South. Outside the office, Jennifer is a proud wife, mom to four boys with two grandsons and two pups, her girls.
