Oversee the full scope of HR functions, including strategic planning, talent management, compliance, compensation, and payroll, ensuring strong operational performance and scalable organizational growth. Act as a trusted partner to leadership, shaping a culture of accountability, professionalism, and respect across a multi-state workforce.

THE DETAILS:

  • Lead development and execution of an HR strategy that drives operational excellence, compliance, and long-term organizational success.

  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement to foster accountability and professional growth.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws across multiple states while maintaining a respectful, communicative workplace culture.

  • Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems to promote consistency, competitiveness, and data accuracy.
