Maintain the general ledger, reconcile investment and cash transactions, and support monthly payroll processing while assisting with 1099 reporting. Contribute to the implementation of a new Archway ERP system, support process improvements, and provide cross-training and backup across the accounting team while maintaining strict confidentiality with financial information.

THE DETAILS:

  • Record and reconcile investment and cash transactions

  • Maintain general ledger and account reconciliations

  • Support monthly payroll processing

  • Assist with 1099 reporting

  • Help implement a new Archway ERP system and related process improvements

  • Provide cross-training and backup support within the accounting team

  • Handle sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 3–4+ years of accounting experience (more experience welcome)

  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred

  • Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset

  • Experience with ERP implementations or investment accounting a plus

  • Family office experience helpful but not required
