Act as a proactive liaison and problem-solver, anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and ensuring the CEO’s time is used effectively.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, managing communications, calendar, meetings, and daily priorities to maximize efficiency

Coordinate travel, events, networking, and personal appointments while maintaining strict confidentiality

Monitor expenses, budgets, and key projects across the CEO’s primary and related businesses

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up

Anticipate issues, prioritize tasks, and proactively streamline the CEO’s time and operations
