CREDIT MANAGER

Oversee credit operations from application through approval, maintain customer financial records, monitor accounts receivable, and manage high-risk accounts while coordinating solutions with management. Support sales with risk assessments and payment plans, conduct account reviews, maintain credit limits, and prepare reports for management, staff, and third-party credit groups.

THE DETAILS:

  • Manage credit processes from application to approval/rejection, including compiling credit files and maintaining customer financial records.

  • Monitor and report on accounts receivable, past-due balances, and high-risk customers; coordinate solutions with management.

  • Conduct periodic account reviews and maintain credit limits across multiple systems, ensuring accurate allocations.

  • Support sales teams with credit risk assessments, payment plan negotiations, and balanced risk management.

  • Prepare and distribute reports to management, sales staff, and third-party credit groups; handle related tasks like new account setup and electronic file maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS in Finance, Accounting, Business or related

  • 3+ years of experience, credit experience helpful
