​Own the full accounting function, delivering GAAP-compliant financials, PE reporting, cash management, and strong internal controls. Lead the team while improving systems and processes, partnering with leadership to support growth and M&A.

THE DETAILS:

  • Own the full accounting cycle and deliver timely, GAAP-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.

  • Prepare executive, board, and PE reporting with KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and EBITDA-focused insights.

  • Oversee cash, working capital, payroll coordination, internal controls, audits, and tax compliance.

  • Lead and develop the accounting team, improve processes and ERP systems, manage intercompany accounting, and partner with operations on growth and M&A.
