Perform full-cycle accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and both internal and external financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Manage intercompany transactions with foreign subsidiaries, collaborate with cross-functional teams and auditors, and identify process improvements to strengthen reporting systems and controls.

THE DETAILS:

• Execute core accounting activities including monthly journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis as part of the month‑end and quarter‑end close process.

• Lead preparation, review and delivery of accurate internal financial reports and assist in external reporting, ensuring consistency with GAAP and company policy.

• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances between U.S. and foreign subsidiaries, including review of intercompany agreements and elimination entries.

• Partner with cross‑functional teams and external auditors to support consolidated financial results, supplemented by analytical insight and documentation.

• Analyze accounting processes, recommend improvements, and contribute to enhancements in reporting systems and controls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Accounting or Finance

• 2+ years of experience
