Partner with leadership on financial planning and strategy, while leading and developing the finance team and improving processes to drive accuracy and efficiency.

  • Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination

  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, accounts payable, and accounting system activity

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong internal controls

  • Partner with leadership on financial planning, modeling, and strategic decision support

  • Lead and develop finance staff while improving processes to enhance accuracy and reduce risk

  • BS in Accounting

  • 5+ years of experience
