Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audit functions as the organization’s primary financial leader in a non-profit setting. They also partner with leadership and the Board to provide strategic financial guidance, support grants and fundraising, and drive long-term financial planning.
THE DETAILS:

Serve as the organization’s lead financial authority, overseeing all accounting operations and partnering with leadership and the Board on strategy

Own financial reporting, including monthly closes, financial statements, and variance analysis

Lead budgeting and forecasting, aligning actuals to plan and supporting long-term financial planning

Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations, audits, tax filings, and fund accounting requirements

Provide strategic financial analysis, support fundraising and grants, and drive process and system improvements

BS in Business, Accounting or Finance
