Oversee all accounting operations, maintain internal controls, ensure compliance, and provide timely financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Lead and develop the finance team while partnering with leadership to align financial processes, planning, and reporting with organizational goals.

Oversee all accounting operations, prepare accurate financial statements, manage budgets, analyze performance, and coordinate audits to ensure timely, actionable insights.
Maintain internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee cash and investments, and develop financial policies to mitigate organizational risk.
Partner with leadership on financial planning, modeling, and analysis, support strategic initiatives, and provide clear financial materials for board and program alignment.
Supervise and develop finance staff, foster collaboration across departments, and ensure alignment of financial processes with organizational goals.

Six-figure base salary
