BENEFITS, PAYROLL & ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST OR MANAGER
(TITLE TO REFLECT EXPERIENCE)

Support payroll administration, benefits coordination, accounts payable support, employee communication, and general office administration. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, self-sufficient, detail-oriented, confidential, and comfortable being a helpful resource to employees and leadership.

THE DETAILS:

  • Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, COBRA, and voluntary plans while serving as the primary contact for employee questions and enrollment support

  • Support payroll processing through Paychex by reviewing timekeeping, PTO balances, payroll reports, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing

  • Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle updates related to benefits, payroll, and administrative setup while maintaining accurate HR and payroll records

  • Assist with accounts payable functions including invoice processing, vendor communication, payment tracking, and basic accounting support

  • Provide broad administrative and operational support by maintaining confidential records, improving processes, coordinating with vendors, and supporting audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of payroll, benefits, HR administration, accounting support, or related experience preferred
