CONTROLLER / SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

THE DETAILS:

• Support and oversee core accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly close in compliance with GAAP.

• Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including variance analysis and performance benchmarks.

• Manage general ledger entries, maintain accounting systems and controls, and support audits and tax filings.

• Help implement and maintain project accounting, inventory tracking, grant reimbursement reconciliation, and fixed asset schedules.

• Collaborate cross-functionally on capital investments, pricing decisions, and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of experience
