​Own the month-end close process end-to-end, driving it to a ≤7-day timeline while ensuring accuracy, strong documentation, and clean multi-system consolidation. Lead a small remote accounting team and build scalable processes and controls that support PE-level reporting, audit readiness, and data integrity across the organization.

Travel to North Louisiana required.

THE DETAILS:

  • Own and streamline the month-end close, reducing timelines to ≤7 business days while ensuring accuracy, documentation, and multi-system consolidation.

  • Lead and develop the accounting team, establishing clear accountability, review controls, and performance progression.

  • Build and enforce standardized processes and internal controls aligned with private equity expectations, including full documentation and audit readiness.

  • Oversee reconciliations and data integrity across systems, resolving discrepancies and eliminating manual process gaps.

  • Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and support the CFO with PE-level reporting, audits, and strategic financial analysis.
