BENEFITS MANAGER
NEW ORLEANS

Manage benefits program including open enrollment, serving as the point of contact for employees, managing vendor relationships and working with internal stakeholders.

THE DETAILS:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other fringe benefits.

  • Oversee the annual benefits enrollment process, including communication, education, and system administration.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefits programs to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and executive leadership, to align benefits strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring benefits are administered correctly.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing employee benefits programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS in Human Resources or similar

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably with benefits administration as main job duty
