BENEFITS MANAGER

Manage benefits program including open enrollment, serving as the point of contact for employees, managing vendor relationships and working with internal stakeholders.
THE DETAILS:

Develop and manage comprehensive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other fringe benefits.

Oversee the annual benefits enrollment process, including communication, education, and system administration.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefits programs to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and executive leadership, to align benefits strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

Manage relationships with benefits vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring benefits are administered correctly.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing employee benefits programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS in Human Resources or similar
